I really do love it when God decides to turn up the heat, dig out the ugly, scrape the dross off the top… you get the idea. That’s how many I am thumbing thru/reading right now. I love reading. More like, I love gathering information as quickly as possible and assimilating some of it into my life. You wouldn’t know it really by the never-to-go-away picture I use on all of my pages. You know, that one over there in my profile that my 8 year old took. Yep, that is not my natural hair. But, as you also know, my hair gives me a run for my money [...] All I did was read one chapter. ONE. As I sat there sipping my coffee and eating my fig newton, I couldn’t believe what I was reading. It wasn’t something that happened a thousand years ago on a remote island. It wasn’t a Bible passage about the Bible times and what happened to Bible people.
