I’m kissing 37. I’ll be 37 in September. September 26, to be exact. I have a PayPal account for cash birthday gifts. Just email me, m’kay? However, with this 37 year old body, there are 37 year old weird things, like… strange hairs coming out of my chin. ew. the inability to stand up quickly after being on [...] They made a baby in me (plus a bunch of other scientific stuff helped) They gave me really thick hair. They made my nails grow and the hair on my legs to slow down… wha? and that’s about it…. What I DON’T like about hormones: They make me crazy. This really great, thick hair will fall out once my hormones decide [...] For the better part of two weeks, I’ve had the worst sinus/cold/I’m-going-to-die thing going on in my face! It started right before Bible Study nearly two weeks ago and I thought, “Meh, this will be gone by the time I hit the road with my girlfriends to Dallas.” WRONG! That Thursday I stayed in bed and [...] I was at a shin-dig this week for people who want to pitch their ideas to other people concerning the aircraft/military/things-I-don’t-know-about. This little shin-dig was a convention for small business owners to hob-nob with those who might be able to take their product to new heights (no pun intended. ok, maybe a little). I don’t know [...] Let me just recap my Fourth for you. No biggy, no super amounts of drama or anything, but there are just a few things I’d like to highlight for you. I started as an other normal day. Warm, breezy. Hubs had taken the big girls to go ride the float in the city parade again this [...] Friday, Kim and I jumped in her car and headed to Big D for another Single Mom’s Conference. Before we got out of town, however, we had to swing by and pick up someone we didn’t know to ride with us. *Gasp!* What were we going to do!? Girlfriend time cut short by a stranger! Grumble, [...] I went swimming yesterday, and well, let’s just say this body ain’t what it used to be. We arrived to see a four foot pool wrapped up with a nice, high fence. Already I like it. More than that, the pool was tucked away in the woods of Oklahoma on some land that only the airmen [...] There are a few things that are out to show to me that, yes, I am aging.
